We are currently seeking caring and dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our growing team on a casual basis to provide inactive overnight support for a client located in Main Beach.

What You'll Do

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Support the client with evening and morning routines
• Monitor the client's wellbeing during inactive overnight shifts
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light household duties as required
• Follow care plans and accurately document services provided
• Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure safe, high-quality support

About You

You are someone who genuinely cares about improving the lives of others. You bring:

• Compassion, patience, and reliability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently in clients' homes
• Confidence working overnight shifts
• Flexibility and responsiveness to changing client needs
• A professional and client-focused approach to care

Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or similar (or currently studying nursing/health)
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
• Comprehensive car insurance
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Full working rights in Australia
